1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to Funfinity play-session reservations, admission purchases, additional adult admissions, private party packages, custom events and add-ons purchased directly from Funfinity.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
Because capacity and event time are reserved once a purchase is confirmed, purchases are final and are not refundable for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, failure to attend or unused admission.
Admission is also not refundable where a guest cannot participate because required waivers are incomplete, mandatory grip socks are not used, or facility and safety rules are not followed.
3. Standard Play Reservations
Standard entry reservations are booked for a selected two-hour time slot. Guests are responsible for selecting the correct date, time slot and number of attending adults before completing the booking.
If plans change before the reserved session, Funfinity may consider a request for store credit or a rescheduled visit, subject to availability and the circumstances of the request. Approval is not guaranteed.
4. Private Parties and Custom Events
Party and private-event purchases reserve exclusive facility time and may involve staffing, preparation, decor, catering, entertainment or other custom commitments. Payments for party packages and event add-ons are non-refundable.
Requests to change a party date, modify an event or receive store credit are reviewed individually. Costs already committed to third-party vendors, custom materials or services arranged for the event may not be eligible for credit. Any additional terms included in a confirmed party agreement also apply.
5. Store Credit
When Funfinity approves store credit, it may be issued in place of a refund for an eligible cancelled or changed booking. Credit is subject to the value approved by Funfinity and any use instructions provided when the credit is issued.
- Store credit is not a cash refund.
- Credit may be applied only to eligible Funfinity purchases.
- Availability for a replacement reservation or event date is not guaranteed.
6. Closures or Changes by Funfinity
Safety comes first. If Funfinity must cancel or cannot provide a booked session or event because of an operational closure, unsafe conditions, maintenance issue or other circumstance affecting service, we will work with the booking holder on an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, that resolution may include rescheduling, store credit or a refund.
7. Applicable Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to describe Funfinity's ordinary cancellation and refund practice. It does not exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Ontario law, including statutory remedies that may apply where a service is misrepresented or where applicable agreement requirements are not met.

To request a booking review, store credit or rescheduling consideration, please contact Funfinity using the contact details provided with your reservation and include the booking name, confirmation details and scheduled visit or event date.
